Monthly scan allowance
Starter includes 100 AI processing calls per account each calendar month. A standard photo or video scan uses 1 call; a double-check scan uses 2. That is up to 100 standard scans or 50 double-check scans, or a mix. Retrying a scan uses more calls, and calls already made on a failed scan count. The allowance resets at the start of the next calendar month.
This is a per-account allowance, not a promise of a full-store count. The number of shelves and retries determines how far it goes.

Questions before count night
How accurate is the bottle count?
AI can miss bottles or misread brands and sizes, especially when labels are hidden. Review the suggested count against your shelf and correct it before saving. Your approval confirms your review; it does not guarantee that every bottle was counted correctly. We have not published a measured accuracy rate.
How many scans does $49 cover?

Can I export my saved counts?
Yes. Inventory has a CSV export for loaded counts, including shelf names, dates, totals, size breakdowns, and notes. Load older counts before exporting a longer history. Export while your subscription is active; inventory access requires an active plan.
Who can see my inventory?
Your saved inventory is tied to your account. Other customer accounts cannot read it. Authorized administrators and service providers may access data as needed to operate and support Shelf Snap. Shelf media is uploaded for AI processing. Read the privacy policy for retention and data requests.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Starter renews monthly through Square. Use the subscription management link in your Square receipt to stop renewal. Access continues through your paid period. Your first payment has a 14-day money-back guarantee; request a refund through the contact route in our refund policy. A refund request does not cancel renewal, and deleting your account does not stop Square billing.
Can I use Starter for two stores?
Starter covers one store. For two or more stores, contact Matt to discuss your locations before buying. Multi-store pricing and setup must be confirmed directly; no additional tier is currently available for self-serve purchase.
