Your first Shelf Snap payment is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Request your refund within 14 days of that payment.
Contact MKW Enterprises using the published support address. Include your Shelf Snap account email and Square receipt or invoice number. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
Stop monthly renewal
Open the subscription management link in your Square email receipt and cancel renewal. You keep access through the paid period.
Requesting a refund does not cancel renewal. Deleting your Shelf Snap account does not stop Square billing.
Export your saved counts while your subscription is active. Inventory access requires an active plan.
